The first article of results from ALS Quest has been published! ALS Quest is looking for risk factors that might precipitate motor neurone disease (MND) and participants (with or without MND) complete an online anonymous questionnaire. The first set of data analysis has looked at the ratio of the length of the index finger to the ring finger and incidence of MND.
What a great turnout in Batemans Bay for our first Walk to d’Feet MND. A big thank you to our local co-ordinator Victoria Haberley who was motivated to organise this Walk by her friend Sharon Penman. A beautiful sunny morning greeted the walkers and, after a bit of a warm up exercise to some great background music, they headed off towards Batemans Bay. Thank you to everyone who supported this great new Walk and we look forward to catching up next year.
