Another month of 2024 has come and gone. We’ve collected the top-5 questions that were sent into the Info line last month.

It’s April Falls Month and what better way to raise awareness about falls prevention than to share with you some of the equipment available for hire from our FlexEquip equipment loan service and general tips about how to prevent falls at home.

Advanced care planning is important for everyone and is about sharing what matters to you and making your future wishes known. Discussing and documenting your preferences at end of life with your loved ones and health care team is important to ensuring you receive the care you choose.

Swallowing Awareness Day is on 13 March 2024. To help raise awareness about how swallowing issues impact people living with MND we are giving away a free food mould to the first 15 people who contact the MND Info Line.

Enquiries through the info line phone and email were up around 15% in February as compared to January (which we thought was a very busy start to the year).
