Information Evening for people recently diagnosed with MND

If you or someone close to you has been recently diagnosed with motor neurone disease (MND), this evening will provide an opportunity to have some of your questions answered in an informal setting. You will also be able to meet others who personally understand the impact of living with MND.

The program includes:

• an overview of motor neurone disease
• information about living with motor neurone disease
• information about support services available from the MND Association and in the community.
• You can also discuss care management with the MND Support Service team.

Light supper and refreshments provided.
