MidCoast Council held a fundraising month last October to raise funds and awareness for MND NSW. Each Monday morning they held a morning tea with trolley treats and merchandise sales, ending the month with a fundraising BBQ lunch on Friday 25 October.
Ice Bucket Challenge
The entire executive team, along with a few other brave souls, dressed for the occasion and undertook an ice bucket challenge at both their Forster and Taree offices (made considerably easier thanks to the 30°C weather).
A huge thank you
We’d like to give them a huge thank you for organising the month and for choosing MND NSW as their charity. Events like this mean a lot to us both because they raise much needed funds but also because they get the word out there about MND.
