2020 has certainly been a year to remember. It started with bushfires, then floods and just when we were starting to relax it hit us with Covid 19. But through it all our amazing supporters have adapted and continued to fundraise for us.  We had an unprecedented response to our Winter appeal with over $152,000 raised. Then with no physical community events able to go ahead, everything was taken online and what amazing support we’ve received. Through online challenge pages, beautiful in memoriam pages, dedicated cornflowers and our Virtual Walk you’ve raised $233,474 for us to date.  A fantastic result at any time, but in a Covid year, it really tells us what amazing supporters we have.

By the time this newsletter goes out we will have our Christmas appeal in the mail. A huge thank you to Sharon Kirkwood and her family for sharing their story of her journey with this dreadful disease. It’s a very special story of love. If you can spare a few dollars this  Christmas, please show your support for this appeal by donating HERE.

To our wonderful volunteer army, we have missed you, but thank you for always being there for us. We look forward to seeing you all in 2021.

I would like to take this opportunity to wish all of our wonderful supporters a wonderful Christmas and a happy and prosperous new year.
