For the third year running, the team at Truflo Pumps has rallied behind MND NSW, raising $5,300 through its annual MND raffle, held in memory of Gavin, a much-loved director and colleague.
This year the raffle was part of Truflo's four-week Wellbeing Challenge, which brought together teams from Bathurst and Queensland. Wet weather moved the Friday finale indoors, but the fun continued with a mini Olympics in Bathurst, fitness challenges in the Queensland shed, and a barbecue to wrap up the day.
The first prize package, valued at more than $1,400, included a Weber barbecue generously donated by Truflo's engine supplier, Cat, and a fire pit. Other prizes included Cat watches and merchandise, BWS vouchers and more.
A big thank you to everyone who bought tickets, donated prizes and joined in to support people living with MND.
