10:30 am	Information session for people recently diagnosed Online Have you, or someone close to you, been recently diagnosed with motor neurone disease (MND)? This online interactive information session will provide the opportunity for you and your family to have some of your questions answered.

10:00 am	North Sydney Support Group Hornsby RSL Club This is an in person support group for people who are supported by MND Advisor Lucy, that live in Northern Sydney and the Northern Beaches. This event is being held at Hornsby RSL Club.
10:00 am	Central & Eastern Sydney Support Group Online This is an online group for people who are supported by MND Advisor Jodie, that live in the Eastern Suburbs, Inner West and Southern Suburbs of Sydney.
7:00 pm	Kitchen Table Conversations Online Carers Kitchen Table Conversations - an opportunity for carers to share some time with other MND carers as we talk about our day to day lives. Evening session
