Support for MND Carers: Carer Gateway and Emergency Care Plan

Meet Wendy Hill, Education and Development Officer from Carers NSW who will talk about what Carers Gateway can offer you as a carer living in ACT, NSW and NT and the tailored support available.

You'll also learn about the Carer Gateway Emergency Care Plan and other Carers NSW resources that can assist you in your caring role.

Have you joined our MND Carers Program?

As a carer, you provide unpaid emotional, psychological or practical care and support to a family member or friend who is living with MND.
