We know you’re missing our Walks (so are we!) and like most of us, maybe you need a little motivation to get moving—it’s why we’ve joined forces with the other state MND Associations to bring you a virtual challenge event for these crazy times we find ourselves in, Australia Moves for MND!
You’ll be able to do any exercise you want, think walking, running, cycling, horse riding, star jumps, Zumba, yoga – the options are endless! By getting involved you’ll be helping us to raise funds and awareness for people living with MND and their families, just like our Walks but at home or in your neighbourhood (and with, you know, more social distancing).
